We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with different levels of access.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Accounts are for individual use only — sharing credentials with others is not permitted.
4. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Paid subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including prompts, workflows, articles, and designs — is owned by Avelorix or its licensors.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.
You may not copy or scrape the platform's content to build a competing product.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the platform to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the prompts or workflows will produce specific results.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avelorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which we operate.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
